Eligibility for Returns

  2. Products must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

    • Accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Final sale or clearance items.

    • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and scrunchies cannot be returned if the hygiene liner has been removed.
